Rock League - RockCity Volleyball’s 

Developmental Rec League

For aspiring volleyball players in grades 3rd - 8th Grade 

Participants in the Rock League will learn and develop the fundamental skills of the game including: serving, passing, hitting, defense, blocking and setting. Additionally, players will learn offensive and defensive concepts and play matches as the season progresses.

Rock League Winter Session will occur Sundays from 9 - 11:00  am and Fridays from 5 - 6:30 pm - begins on Friday, December 1st and runs through Sunday,  April 2nd.

This is a Rec league (no travel) and all participants will be divided up into equal teams. Participants will be grouped as follows for training and playing purposes:

3rd & 4th
5th & 6th 
7th & 8th

Cost $650 - (a $100 deposit is due when you register-If the player is also trying out and decides to play on a RockCity JO team, the deposit will be credited toward JO dues). Remaining  balance will be charged in two installments of $275 - on December 1st, 2023 and February 1st, 2024.

Match schedule will be announced at a later date. Matches will be played during normal scheduled times on either Fridays or Sundays. There MAY be a match or matches played against teams of other local clubs.

Players will receive 2 t-shirts.

The Rock League is a great option for kids that are unable to participate in the Junior Olympic volleyball program but still want great training!
